About Torin

Hello! My name is Torin, I am a professional Voice Actor and Digital Artist that is obsessed with stories (shocking as a GM, I'm sure). I've been a professional TTRPG player for a few years now and GMed for charities. My play style of GMing is collaboration first and foremost. As much as I am the storyteller, I am also a player at the table too - which usually comes out as leaning towards funny and comedy! I specialize in funny one shots that are light hearted and aimed to make your sides hurt from laughing for a few hours straight. I aim for mental reprieve for everyone at the table.

How Torin runs games

What to expect: Rich Characters, Rich World Building, and to Feel. I tend to focus on eliciting emotions and feels during my games. So, it's a lot of roleplaying - whether it's serious or hilarious. Also, I like to encourage people to do cool, fantastical things. Which probably puts me in the category of "rule of cool" and that comes out mostly with narratives during fights.

Torin's ideal table

My ideal table is everyone collaborating. I used to be a Scrum Master, so it was my day job to round up type-A personalities to work together and create great software. How that translates to the TTRPG table? I love where everyone feels like they can mentally dive into magic for a few hours and everyone's choices matter. Beginners are absolutely welcome, and I always aim for everyone to feel included.
