Thor has the technical skill and gamer enthusiasm to accommodate nearly any idea. Original character concepts to poignant roleplay to convoluted battle strategies, he will find a way to make it work. He is remarkably affable and unfailingly patient, I have not seen him lose his cool once in the three years I've played with him. Well worth the time!

Thor’s passion is clearly to make role playing games FUN! His positive energy is contagious. He’s flexible with rules and role playing if it makes sense, but still knowledgeable about rules. As a fledgling DM myself, I really admire his ability to think so quickly on his feet and improvise to any situation players throw at him. His improvisation skills are unmatched!!! He’s great at explaining rules to new players but equally able to work with experienced players. Another really valuable thing Thor brings to the table is his ability to not let some players take over a session while letting others get left out. 100/10 GM🎉

Thor is inventive, welcoming, and kind. He lives and breathes this stuff and is well versed in so many different systems. Perhaps more importantly, he's versed in so many different mythologies. He knows exactly how to keep a game going without getting bogged down and keeping the energy up. Every action he takes either deepens the game or moves it forward. His administrative and writing skills are second to none and I highly recommend him.

Thor knows what's up with having a good time with ttrpgs. Whether it's a more narrative system or a something crunchy and complicated they've got a knack for making the experience fun and engaging. Every time I've sat down to play a game with Thor at the helm it's always a pleasant surprise where we'll end up. Big recommend.

Thor has a huge passion for designing and playing table top / TTRPG games. He has an endless catalog of original characters and settings because he loves world building in his spare time. I've played several of Thor-run games and can say that he's a fantastic Dungeon Master but also a kind, warm presence - someone you'd actually want to hang out with. Can't recommend Thor enough

I had very little experience with DnD when I first joined for one of Thor's one-shots over the COVID pandemic. I was worried that my lack of experience as a player, and the new experience (for me) of being remote would hinder my ability to contribute to the narrative and my party. This wasn't the case in the slightest - Thor was able to weave together such an engrossing tale to lift our spirits out of lock-down woes. Something I always look forward to in Thor's games are the lengths he goes through to establish the setting, from charming hand drawn maps, to hilariously acted out voices, and custom playlists all with his own custom flare. He also does a wonderful job of incorporating the players into the world building process on the go, and I never felt like I was ruining his vision or story. In the past I had felt like I was overstepping my bounds as a player, but Thor always made me feel like I was an actual part of the world he had set up for us, not just my character. Thor is so much fun and wish I could be a part of more campaigns. P.S. Its a crime that I can only pick 3 tags to describe Thor as a DM.
