About Reagan Nettles
Hi! I’m Reagan, a master’s level counseling intern, lifelong nerd, and passionate storyteller. I’m fascinated by the ways games, stories, and the characters we create can help us explore who we are and who we might become. My background is in mental health counseling, with a particular interest in helping people who feel stuck develop new perspectives, and take meaningful steps toward their goals. D&D is a natural extension of that passion. Roleplaying gives us the chance to step into someone else’s shoes, experiment with choices, and discover strengths we might not recognize in ourselves. As a GM, I aim to create a welcoming, collaborative table where players feel comfortable being creative, taking risks, and contributing to a shared story. I enjoy helping players develop characters with depth, facilitating meaningful roleplay, and creating adventures where every member of the party has a chance to shine. I’m especially interested in the intersection of nerd culture and psychology, and I’m excited to bring that perspective to my games. Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or rolling your first set of dice, I want you to feel like you belong at the table. Let’s tell a great story together!

How Reagan Nettles runs games
My games are a blend of engaging roleplay, meaningful storytelling, and the crunch of D&D mechanics. I love combat, tactical decision making, and the thrill of a well-executed plan, but I also want players to have room to develop their characters, build relationships, and shape the story. For my D&D support groups, expect a thoughtful balance of roleplay, exploration, and combat. These games will incorporate mechanics designed to encourage players to experiment with skills like willpower, making decisions without complete information, and acting confidently when the outcome is uncertain. The goal is to create opportunities for meaningful reflection and growth while keeping the game itself fun and engaging. Whether we're navigating a tense encounter, making a difficult choice, or sharing a laugh around the table, I want every player to feel that their decisions matter. My goal is to create collaborative adventures where you can take risks, explore new possibilities, and discover what your character, and you, are capable of.
