How Logan runs games

Hey! My name is Logan, and I’ll be your doorway to the wonderful, the weird and the downright horrifying. I’ve been storytelling for a variety of games over my 10 year tenure at my table, from the fantastical DnD5e where I’ve been the dreaded Count Strahd von Zarovich and ruled over the lands of Barovia. I’ve raised the children of the gods through SCION2E, letting players players to lose themselves within the seas of Greek and Norse Mythology and battling creatures of Myth! I’ve even ran a few gigs for a few chooms looking to make a name for themselves in Night City, to training Jedi and Sith within the age of Revan and Vader in Star Wars. As your local Forever DM, it is my absolute pleasure to make every player feels integral to our worlds, both those of my own design, to editing modules to allow for more immersion. I live for the cinematic moments that will forever stake a claim in your memory, and actively reward those who lose themselves in their characters and our world with the same passions they put in. I curtail the experience I display based on the group, before we start playing, I like to have a session 0 where not only can every player meet up and discuss what they want from the campaign and what they’d like to play, but also, fine tune if the party prefers deep roleplay and combat light sessions and campaigns, I’m all for it! Or if a party wants to put their money where their mouth is and prefer intensive combats with rewarding conclusions that feel like a 10-ton weight being removed from their shoulders? Buckle up, because I’ll grant that wish! I am happy to help new players and host veterans alike! There is no elitism at my table, and striving to make sure everyone is feeling good and on the same page is the very foundation of my storytelling skills. Logan's ideal table

My ideal table is one where the players and myself are so focused on the scene, the characters, the drama that we hardly even notice the passing of time. My type of players are those that aren't scared to take a gamble, dance with the devil in the pale moonlight, and risk it all for some juicy story beats.
