About me

Hey, I'm Dan, you might know me from The Danger Club Podcast...or you might not. Let's play games! I've been playing roleplaying games since I was a kid and when I quit my job to move to London and be an actor, I didn’t really know anyone. So one day I invited a few of the cast from my show to play a game after we got out. We had a great time and started playing every week. That group of players turned into a pretty successful Pathfinder podcast and I've been lucky enough to run games for people all over the world since then. I love that games allow you to be whoever you want to be and enjoy the game in your own way. I'm a writer and actor so I love to build stories with players and fill a world with memorable NPCs to meet, love and generally confuse. Whether you're a complete newbie or you've been playing for years; a full immersive role-player or someone who prefers more tactical play; come join me and let's tell some stories and have a laugh together!

GM Style

Story and character are big for me and I love to give you a real sandbox of a world to play in, a place that you can really lose yourself. I love to do all the voices and create a cast of NPCs that you'll have fun interacting with. Combat should be varied, tactical and reward creative thinking. I want fights to be challenging to master but not impossible for new players to pick up. The rules are there for a reason but that doesn't mean they can't be bent if it makes things fun. The big thing for me is to run a game that's inclusive of everyone. A rules focused player should be just as welcome as a roleplayer, likewise whether it's your first game or your thousandth.
