I have always wanted to collaborate on stories and ttrpgs are perfect. I love political intrigue, well written dialogue and fantastical worlds. In saying that the cyberpunk sci fi future of warnings of our current climate is incredibly intriguing and playing a game in all these different worlds. Also love a bit of home-brew.

How Lachlan runs games

I really like tactical but have spent alot more time polishing the dialogue and role-play heavy aspects of my games. I do love some great banter but like the tone of the setting to be seen by characters playing. Whimsy and dark can be done well.

Written, bent and broken. If you are having fun and it doesn't create a poor experience it should definitely be allowed. Rules are there to help us make sense of the chaos. I do so like being chaotic.

Lachlan's ideal table

I do love a table that has an interest in character first. The internal monologue and development of a character arc is so important to derive true enjoyment from an adventure. In turn having a bit of banter to help build what a safe and communicative dialogue around conflict is always alot of fun.

I love it when a player

Delves into their character and finds the motivation and desire to deliver some incredible moments. The banter goes well too! I do love seeing people being able to open up and be vulnerable. I believe that is where our humanity is.
