Hello! I’m Jon, and I’ve been a player of Dungeons and Dragons for more than 20 years. Throughout this time, I’ve explored countless worlds, crafted a range of characters, and shared unforgettable adventures with friends. For the past four years, I’ve taken on the role of Game Master, where I’ve enjoyed the challenge of creating an original-immersive world and guiding my players through epic quests based on their backstories. Each session brings a new opportunity for creativity and collaboration. I love watching my players become fully engaged in the stories we build together and push the bounds of their characters' capabilities.

How The Astral Table runs games

I have a passion for games that blend storytelling, role-playing, and combat while maintaining a level of challenge that keeps players engaged. In my sessions, I offer carefully crafted maps and music to enhance the story. I believe in fostering a creative environment where players feel empowered to express their ideas and take bold actions that shape the narrative. I encourage them to think outside the box about their characters and actions. The goal is to build a world together that we can all enjoy and have fun.

I welcome players of all experience levels at my table. I ask that everyone be respectful of one another and communicate reasonably with one another. Players should be able to make their own choices for their characters without feeling pressured by other players. If anyone needs advice, I ask them to come to me. I am here to advise you on any abstract concept you can think of. You are allowed to try whatever you can think up as long as you're prepared to face the consequences, whatever they may be. I love homebrewing ideas with players. Whether its custom items, subclasses, feats, etc.
