About Pharoah

For the past five years, I’ve been building and running worlds where every choice matters, every NPC has a secret, and every session feels like an episode worth remembering. My games blend the comedy and camaraderie of NADDPOD, the cinematic storytelling of Dimension 20, and the emotional depth of Critical Role — creating experiences that balance heart, humor, and high-stakes heroics. I love crafting homebrew worlds filled with mystery, politics, and myth — but I also bring that same immersive energy to published adventures, giving them new life through dynamic narration, roleplay-driven choices, and custom lore tailored to your party. Whether you’re chasing dragons, uncovering conspiracies, or just trying to survive a tavern brawl gone wrong, I’ll make sure every moment feels alive and unforgettable. Outside of rolling dice, I’m constantly studying what makes great storytelling work — from cinematic pacing to character arcs — and I bring that mindset to every campaign I run. My goal? To make your session feel like your favorite episode of a long-running fantasy series: funny, emotional, and epic in all the right places. If you love character-driven stories, immersive worlds, and a DM who can laugh with you while still pulling your heartstrings then pull up a chair, grab your preferred snack and beverage, and join the table!

I became a GM because

I loved creating more than anything. I’ve always dabbled in writing and music. One time I wanted to get a campaign started after learning about DnD and had people to play with but none of us knew how to play so I took lead and learned as much as I could and started DM-ing some home games.

How Pharoah runs games

As a Game Master, my goal is to make every session feel like a cinematic story — equal parts improv comedy, emotional storytelling, and tactical action. I balance immersive roleplay with strategic, dynamic combat — every battle map becomes a stage for creativity and chaos, not just a grid for dice rolls. My players can expect choice-driven narratives, reactive NPCs, and worlds that remember what they’ve done. Rules matter, but story and player investments always comes first. I lean into the “rule of cool,” encouraging clever ideas, cinematic moments, and the kind of emotional beats that make players laugh, cry, or cheer around the table. Whether you’re here for epic campaigns, tense mysteries, or absurd hijinks, I promise one thing: you’ll leave with stories worth retelling.

If my games were Movies they'd be directed by...

Imagine a campaign directed by Edgar Wright and Guy Ritchie, with sharp pacing, stylish action, clever twists, and the sweeping epic energy of Ridley Scott

My games focus on...

Immersive roleplay, dynamic combat, clever problem-solving, and story arcs that respond to player decisions. I focus on making every scene punchy, meaningful, and fun. Fun is always the goal!

Pharoah's ideal table

The vibe at my table is relaxed, creative, and supportive. We laugh often, explore boldly, and take the story seriously when it matters. I encourage teamwork, open roleplay, and big character choices. Players who enjoy sharing the spotlight, collaborating on wild ideas, and having both silly and dramatic moments will feel right at home. My table is perfect for players who: • enjoy immersive worlds and cinematic pacing • like both humor and heartfelt moments • respect the group and build each other up • collaborate rather than compete • are excited to roleplay, strategize, or experiment • want a DM who matches their energy and keeps things moving Whether you’re here to tell a powerful character story, to crack jokes with the party, to dive into tactical combat, or to experience big narrative twists—you’ll fit in great. What matters most is kindness, curiosity, and a willingness to have fun together.

I love it when a player

Is in the moment! Being in that moment is crucial. The game really grabs a hold of you when you are in the moment and it feels as if you are there with the characters and feeling what they are feeling.

I think metagaming...

Is fine to an extent but letting everyone play the way they’d like is super crucial. Every should be allowed to play how they think their character would act. But if I step away and you make an amazing plan then GO FOR IT!

I think min/maxing...

Is fine , for sure. I like to do it when I play but honestly I think the most fun for me is having a bit of a flawed character. Min/maxing is great when the campaign or oneshot calls for it but being imperfect makes for some great moments.
