About Tauthiri

Hi! I'm Tauthiri (she/they), a 29-year-old Dragon Manager (DM) who fell in love with tabletop roleplaying games during the pandemic. Like many, I was the “chosen sacrifice” who became the forever DM. Luckily for me, it turned out to be one of my favourite roles in the world. ✨ Since then, I've had the chance to play a bit, but DMing has always felt like home. These days, I run a local group focused on creating a safe, welcoming space for women and fem-aligned folks to explore TTRPGs without the usual barriers; no need to bring dice, books, or spend money to get started. Jumping into this hobby can be intimidating, especially for people on the margins, but (if you ask my players) I’m doing my part to make it easier, safer, and more fun. 🌸 I adore storytelling in all its forms - from books and films to musicals and TTRPGs - and across genres, from fantasy and horror to anything weird and wonderful. My campaigns usually fall into one of two camps: high-concept narrative journeys, or chaotic bands of lovable idiots somehow saving the world. I became a GM because

during COVID lockdown, we were all a bit desperate for connection and I was the friend who was the most up for learning the rules, so I did. I think that's why I want to GM for online strangers too, TTRPGs are amazing tools for connection, and I think the world could do with more of that.

I welcome players of all skill levels and backgrounds - whether you’re brand new or a seasoned veteran, there’s a seat at my table for you! I’m a roleplay-focused DM who loves weaving stories with rich, memorable NPCs and giving players the space to truly bring their characters to life. 🍂 To make joining easy, I run a dedicated Discord server and provide access to a Master-tier D&D Beyond subscription - so you don’t need to worry about owning books or character tools. I’ve got you covered. I’m also a huge fan of puzzles and clever encounters. And honestly? Combat is just a big, bloody puzzle - especially if you’re a wizard main like me. I love designing challenges that make you think, collaborate, and get creative with your spells, skills, and weird ideas. ⚔️

Tauthiri's ideal table

Honestly? I'm not sure two of my tables have ever been the same, but the one thing that is consistent is that we have always been made up of outsiders and will always be welcoming. My players tend to be committed to their characters and take big swings, but also know when its time to help their friends shine. We have introverts and extroverts, sunshine clerics and edgy rogues (though always team players), tacticians and those who can't stick to a plan to save their own lives. Tables (and everywhere else) are best when there's people of all different types coming together.
