Have you ever imagined what it might be like to have an entire universe of possibility at your fingertips? My name is Ryan, otherwise known as Riizu. I hail from the PNW where, when I'm not writing digital spells (writing software was the closest I could get!) I serve as life-long DM with over 25 years of experience. As a child, I had the opportunity to peek in on a group playing Dungeons & Dragons in my Friendly Local Game Store. I had never heard of the hobby before and I was absolutely captivated by the group of people surrounding what at first appeared to be a vinyl battle-mat, but I soon realized was a portal to adventure. I hope to give you a similar experience, one dice roll at a time.

GM Style

🎓 No Experience? No Problem! While I now specialize in Pathfinder Second Edition (PF2e), I have ran D&D 3.5e, 5e, Call of Cthulhu, and more. Each and every one of those I have helped countless people, almost all without experience, learn to play and have a fun time doing it! ✨ Our North Star My only ask of players is that they come with a positive, open-minded attitude. Engage with the plot, the players, and the system and I promise I will do all in my power to repay that! I consistently strive to find opportunities to place both you as the player, and your party, in the spotlight. 📜 Commitment to Excellence Whether its one session or a hundred, you have chosen to spend your valuable time at my table. Its my job to make that worth it. My games focus on what our hobby can uniquely offer - collaborative experiences that transcend traditional fiction. I use beautiful artwork, gripping soundtracks, and everything else at my table to accomplish one objective - help you forget your playing a game. 🏳️‍🌈 Everyone is Welcome I have close friends and family that are LGTBQIA+, and I am a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion. I will not tolerate any form of discrimination at my table. If you are looking for a safe space to play, you have found it. 🪨 Rules as a Foundation While I run my games Rules as Written (RaW), the intent is to continue to provide a consistent and reliable gameplay experience - not hamper the flow of the game with rules lawyering. Players can expect to think in terms of what their character wants to do, rather than how to make it work with the system. I will handle the rest! ⚔️ Combat and Story My games do not view combat and story as a dichotomy. Expect my games to aim for a story-driven experience, with combat bolstering that. Encounters are in service to the narrative and should be expected to have multiple outcomes and avenues of approach. 📣 The World's Best Worst Voices I'm no actor, but I sure like to pretend I am when DM'ing! I'll be giving you the performance of my life, but I can't promise they will be Oscar-worthy. That said, there's no judgement here! Feel free to do the same for your own characters.
