About Mighty

I am a TTRPG enthusiast and have been DMing for over 7 years. I also believe in the three pillars of TTRPG's exploration, combat, and roleplay. All of these can and will be used to enhance enjoyment of the game. I love weaving player backstory with the main adventure and do my best to have anything they give me come to fruition.

I became a GM because

I love to weave player backstory and the narrative into one cohesive story we can all have fun with. I have played as a PC myself, but it isn't the same fun as it is building worlds and being able to surprise my players or be surprised by them!

When I'm not running games I'm...

Usually, deep diving into lore or creating homebrew. I also love to play video games while eating out is one of my favorite hobbies. But you'll almost always find me creating events and encounters as well as lore and little things that make our TTRPG feel Alive.

How Mighty runs games

I have a grounded style where having the right tools or saying the right thing matters. It all enhances the realism of my games and dark fantasy, or low fantasy are usually my go-to's. Tactical combat is always fun and challenging but so is roleplay that can increase stakes in game.

There to guide us not to tell us where to go. If something is cool, I want you take a shot at it. This game is about doing almost anything you want, and the rules help us realise that.

When it comes to voices

I do decent accents and will always try to do them when appropriate all for the immersion of the game.

Mighty's ideal table

My table is 4-8 players with 6 being golden I believe, but when it comes to players, those who want to roleplay and immerse themselves deep into the world while having fun are probably looking for a table like mine. My world tone is gritty and real, in order to get as much Immersion as possible. Even with all this I love to work with my players to find a middle ground even when something seems outlandish.
