About LeeKat
Hello, I'm Lara Lee, but you can just call me Lee! I've been completely in love with TTRPGs for years now, an as an artist have always love creating and sharing those passions with others. Building worlds and rich character casts to explore all kinds of stories with people is a huge drive in my life. My games always aim to provide rich stories centered around the players and their own drives. From horror to romance to wild adventures, a lot of queerness, and a place where people can belong and tell their own story.

I became a GM because
I just had too many ideas, worlds and stories to share with the world. I love worldbuilding, and even more making complex characters that interact with that world and expand it. I love creating settings that feel alive and dynamic to offer people to explore and interact with.
My 3 systems I'd bring to a desert island would be
Mutant: Year Zero, World of Darkness and Savage Worlds
How LeeKat runs games
Above all, I aim to collaboratively create the most interesting story possible alongside my players, which means the "rule of cool"/golden rule will always reign above all. No matter what we're playing, the narrative quality, fun, and player interest in moving the story forwards will always take precedence! My games heavily feature roleplay, and I always strive to create the richest possible cast of NPCs for players to interact with help hook them into the setting and story. I also take extra time to work with players how to better fit their character into the game so they can get the most enjoyment. Mine is a narrative-driven style, with less focus on crunchy mechanics or combat. As a queer and trans woman, my games also strive for inclusivity and to create a place of self-expression, where players can feel comfortable and safe playing and are able to explore stories and themes dear to their hearts. Everyone's comfort and safety is always my top priority.

My games focus on...
Player choice and experience. TTRPGs are meant to be collaborative experiences. I create the world, its rich and diverse cast, players tell the story. It's always about the story we're telling together, as a group. I present the elements, players give them life.
Rules are...
A basis for fairness and understanding, but ultimately should serve the narrative and the fun of the group. Rules should never get in the way of telling a good and fun story that is enjoyed by all. Rules give structure, what you build on top of that is what matters

If you're into ___, you're going to love my table
A lot of roleplaying and making choices and actions that actually matter and direct the narrative.
I love it when a player
Is actually curious about the world and wants to engage with NPCs and plot hooks. When a player wants to explore and poke around things.
I think min/maxing...
Should never be needed to enjoy a narrative/game. I get the appeal, but it kills the fun for me. This is a TTRPG, it's a collaborative story, it's not about winning or losing, it's about experiencing the game and having fun together as a group. A good game shouldn't inspire the need to min/max
