About me

Hi! I'm Lindsalot (aka Lindsey), and I'm going on 5+ years as a dungeon master for DnD 5e. My first campaign was a homebrewed Avatar the Last Airbender story that ran for most of the pandemic. After that, I started a new campaign inspired by Wrath of the Lich King from World of Warcraft. Now, Curse of Strahd is my current obsession, with a group that's 100% online. Away from the table, I daylight as a stage director and work part time as an educator for underpriveleged kids in the city. Creating a warm, welcoming environment is a huge priority for me, so get ready for a session built on equal parts fun and safety! I'm originally a California girly but I now live in NYC to be closer to the stage. Hobbies include writing YA novels and snuggling with my rescue dog Niles (an adorable black and white papillon-mix who's been known to make appearances during video sessions).

I'm a writer and a lover of theatre, which means I live for crafting dramatic roleplaying scenes, where characters grapple to find the strength within themselves to do what's right (or wrong) or die trying. Expect NPC's with deep backstories, complex scenes packed with moral dilemmas, and a slew of epic and hero-worthy endings. I also make fun combat scenarios, so be prepared for high-stakes battles!
