About Kesha

I’ve been playing D&D since 2019 and have spent the last two years behind the screen as a Dungeon Master. What keeps me coming back is the spark that happens when a story stops being mine and becomes ours, when players start bouncing off each other, roleplaying freely, and building something unexpected together. I love crafting moments that hit hard, whether it’s a clever twist, a quiet emotional beat, or the chaos of a plan going completely sideways in the best way. As a DM, I focus on encouraging player-driven storytelling and giving you the space to take initiative and shape the world around you. As a player, I tend to gravitate toward rangers and rogues, usually leaning into a bit of chaotic gremlin energy. That same love of spontaneity carries into my games, where creativity is always welcome and memorable moments are the goal. If you enjoy collaborative storytelling, character-driven moments, and a table where your choices truly matter, you’ll fit right in.

I got started GMing...

when a friend asked me to run a game. It has been three years of meeting every other Sunday for a potluck and dice rolling!

The three words my players would use to describe me are...

imaginative, cooperative, character-driven.

When I'm not running games I'm...

I am over-caffeinating probably and playing video games, writing fan fiction, drawing my OC's or just whatever I want and hanging out with my two cats, Rogue and Jaskier.

How Kesha runs games

Part storyteller, part chaos gremlin, I guide adventurers through worlds full of wonder, weirdness, and the occasional talking mushroom. I love weaving rich tales where battles are epic, choices matter, and your character’s backstory might just come back to hug—or haunt—you. With a loose plan, a lot of improv, and a deep respect for every player’s voice, I aim for sessions where everyone feels seen and the dice help tell the story. Expect quirky NPCs, dramatic twists, and just enough whimsy to keep you guessing what’s behind the next suspiciously friendly door.

I deal with rules issues by...

I will always do my best to follow a rule. I will try to look up the rule and decide within it whether or not something can happen or not and be fair about it. If I cannot find the rule or it's taking too long to keep the story going I will simply make a decision and look it up later and follow up.

My games focus on...

Character and narrative.

Rules are...

There to play within.

Kesha's ideal table

My ideal table is full of players who are ready to co-create something memorable—whether that’s an epic showdown, a heartfelt character moment, or accidentally befriending something I fully expected you to fight. I love players who support each other, share the spotlight, and aren’t afraid to make interesting choices, even when they’re messy. You don’t need to be an expert—just curious, respectful, and willing to jump into the story. At my table, we balance humor with meaningful moments, and I do my best to make sure every character has a chance to shine (or spiral dramatically, if that’s their thing). If you enjoy a little chaos, a lot of heart, and stories that react to your decisions, you’ll feel at home here.

I am for a vibe that's...

Easy going, narrative and character focused. I love people who come with backstories and hooks for me to use and want to tell a story with me.

I love it when a player

asks if they can do something creative with an ability or feature of their character.

I think min/maxing...

Is fine. Create your characters how you want within the instructions provided. As a DM I can adjust as needed.
