About me
Like a lot of people, I started playing TTRPGs during the pandemic. I volunteered to GM a D&D 5e campaign for my friends and it turns out I love it! I did improv for two years in college so GMing allowed me to rediscover that passion. I love writing and game design so GMing has given me the perfect outlet to flex those creative muscles! It's always a pleasure (despite any plans) to share in the collaborative storytelling of TTRPGs and see how players take the game in directions you never could have guessed. It's a privilege to get to see new people open up in such a unique way while playing; you have to make yourself vulnerable to get the most out of this hobby and it's always an honor when people allow me to go on that journey with them. GM style
I have a background in improv so it's always a good time for me to roleplay with a silly voice! Exploring those emergent character relationships and seeing which characters different groups get attached to is super fun! At the same time, I do love getting into the weeds with combat, so it's easy for me to lean into roleplay or combat depending on the preferences of different groups. I love researching, writing, and designing so I will probably spend way longer than I should have to prepare your adventures!
