About me

I started playing D&D 5e mid 2019 and it was the outlet I never knew I needed. All of the years of Drama in school and my passion for fantasy and all things nerdy, made me feel at home when I sat at "this side of the table". Over the years I have had the pleasure of introducing many people to D&D 5e at my home gaming space, The Lazy Opossum. My goal, every time I sit down as a GM, is simple "Have Fun". I started, as a player, on Startplaying during 2022 and I truly love the service. But, with friends all over the world, I've decided to run games online as well! GM style

I am big on Role play. Years of Drama have given me skills in improve and I always enjoy breaking out a new character voice. Discovering and developing fantastic locations is a piece of the puzzle I thoroughly enjoy. I love creating an immersive world through discription, sound, and the occasional built set piece. Combat, for me, is just another outlet to role play. Over time I have developed some methods to help expedite the more sluggish parts (Like letting players know who is up, next, and on deck) and keep players engaged. I like to give my players room to play and engage with each other and the world around them.
