How Heartlock runs games
I am a voice actor, so character voices are an important part of creating NPCs for me. The three pillars of the game are all important to me, so I make sure to create intrigue filled maps for the explorers, interesting plots and characters for the RPers, and challenging but fun combat encounters for the power gamers. I tend to go a bit easy on my players, but I can certainly turn up the difficulty settings if that's what you are looking for.
