About Joey

Hi, my name is Joey and I am delighted to invite you to my table! For over 20 years, I have been playing and running a variety of roleplaying games (or RPGS for short). I've had the privilege of running for local game stores, private tables, and "Blockbuster" events such as Tabletop RPG in a Castle. One of my strengths is catering to player interests and player ideas to bring about satisfying stories. Some more famous stories I have run to a satisfying conclusion have been Curse of Strahd, Tyranny of Dragons, Rise of Tiamat, Shadows of the Dragon Queen, Waterdeep Dragon Heist, and the Tomb of Horrors. I love collaborating on a good story with the players at my table, whether they are new to the hobby or have been playing for ages. I often work together to my players and offer my own in depth knowledge of games and their systems to create characters they are happy playing and scenarios that will help them to truly shine. Whether you're new to the hobby, or just new to a system, I am more than happy to be your guide. At the end of the day, one of the joys of being a Game Master is giving players interesting choices to make and then showing them how those choices affect their world. Whether it's a complex fight between martial masters, a diplomatic mission to bring warring parties to talks, a dungeon crawl full of puzzles and traps, navigating unknown waters, or planning an ambush of their archenemy; I am excited to make heroes of you and your party.
