About GeorgeC
I am a D&D Facilitator (Dungeon Master) with 40 years of experience providing game sessions in this wonderful hobby. In today's world, remote gaming has proven to be the perfect venue, and I began my journey 11 years ago with Fantasy Grounds. Since then, I have run a number of long-term campaigns. To play, a Player only needs a Demo version of Fantasy Grounds and Discord installed on their PC. I supply everything else required to play Dungeons and Dragons.

How GeorgeC runs games
My viewpoint is to be able to provide players with fun, as a group. I'm not so much into roleplaying but try to provide an engaging story that requires your input, decisions and most of all, dice rolling to determine the direction of that story. My sessions are light-hearted, casual and thought out, trying to impart humor and excitement when things go right, but will also keep you in the dark when your character is likewise be-fuddled. In playing out the NPCs, I will intimidate as well as act the fool if the situation calls for it. Bottom line is the group should enjoy all that is given to them.

Rules are...
There for a reason, to maintain a stable environment, though careful moderation may be necessary when the rules don't maintain balance or can be exploited.
GeorgeC's ideal table
I prefer my table be friendly and light. My players should get along and enjoy playing the game over trying to exploit some build or rule. We all get together to tell/listen a story that brings your imagination to another place and time. The story is laid out by the DM to conjure images and feelings to the players, who in turn, submit their own images, feelings and most of all...choices back to the DM who alters the story toward the players understanding of the direction of the story. Without this collaboration between DM and Player(s), a satisfying game could not be possible.
