About Donovan
I've been DMing and playing D&D for since about 2017, being the forever DM for most of that time. I love rolling dice with friends and enjoying our collaborative storytelling. I'm huge nerd that loves fantasy games and shows. My favorite mmo is actually FFXIV so I had to get my hands on their tabletop system when that came out. I have less experience with that than I do D&D 5e but I still enjoy running it. I'm also a creative at heart. I enjoying making videos and streaming.

How Donovan runs games
I like to encourage roleplay whenever I can. The more immersed my players are, the better. I also like to challenge them when it comes to combat. Not just with numbers, but with puzzles to solve during combat. I do try to be fair though. I want my players to feel powerful but also like they had to overcome an ordeal.
