About Darke Domayn Games

I love world-building, storytelling and the cool ideas that players bring to the table. I've run games in the worlds of White Wolf (Mage, Vampire, Exalted, etc), Shadowrun, Dungeons and Dragons, and more! I love rich and interactive worlds and love to play to the flavor of game my players are looking for. If you have a group of 2-3 folks who already have a preferred time or game that fits my hours, message me and I am usually willing to add something on my schedule for you if I have the availability.

Stephen King's The Dark Tower series, David Eddings the Belgariad and sequels, Lloyd Alexander's Prydain Chronicles, nearly anything by William Gibson, Phillip K Dick, Neal Stephenson, etc. The list goes on.

My favorite shows/movies are

an insane variety I don't know if I can begin to cover here. I love most genre fantasy, horror, sci-fi, and more grounded stuff too. I consume entertainment at an alarming rate.

How Darke Domayn Games runs games

I collaborate with players to build an engaging setting that gives all of then a part to play. If totally changing the course of a campaign makes the story more enjoyable, so be it. I'm comfortable with power play or roleplay-heavy settings and believe you can have both. As always, preferences will be discussed with the players during session 0 and revisited as often as needed to keep everyone engaged, comfortable and having fun.

I run an inclusive table. Any table where players can find the fun with each other, I consider a good group. Veteran players can have a blast at a table with beginners and vice versa. I enjoy a group that can balance following the stories in front of them with wandering off book if it fits their style.
