About Meri

I have been playing D&D for roughly 10 years and GM-ing for the past five for friends, running a biweekly game. We have done both long form campaigns and one-shots. I prefer a mix between dynamic combat and emotional role play. I love to weave a story together with player ideas and enjoy watching them play in the world that we create!

How Meri runs games

I love to watch the stories unfold in the setting that I am running. I focus on mostly role play and character driven arcs of story line, but do enjoy throwing combat challenges and mysteries into the mix. I believe in telling the story together and weaving player ideas and thoughts into the campaign. The best stories are the ones we tell together.

When it comes to voices

I try my best, but I am not any voice actor. Hope you like British and Southern American because those are the best I can do...and they are usually pretty bad...

Meri's ideal table

For one shot's, I do a heavy focus on fun! Teaching newer players the basics of the game and giving veterans puzzles, a bit of role play, and combat that is dynamic. For a campaign, each session I try to make it a balance. A longer more serious plot line with player character stories weaved into the ideas that I have in mind.
