About Ammi
I’m an autistic, passionate Dungeon Master who has been playing D&D for nearly 10 years. For years, I’ve run games for free simply because I genuinely love it — I can’t get enough of creating stories, bringing worlds to life, and seeing players enjoy the adventures we create together. I originally started GMing because I wanted to become more open and build my confidence. Over time, it became something I truly fell in love with. It has helped me grow as a person while giving me a creative outlet that I’m incredibly passionate about. Now, I want to take the leap and explore a professional path as a DM. I’d love the opportunity to put my time, creativity, and years of experience into making GMing my job. It’s something I genuinely love doing, and turning that passion into a career would be an incredible next step for me.

When I’m not running games, I’m usually still doing something creative. I spend my time drawing, roleplaying, designing characters, and hanging out on Twitch. I love creating characters and stories even when I’m not behind the DM screen, so a lot of my hobbies naturally feed back into my games.
How Ammi runs games
I love to focus on character driven narrative working with players to create in depth stories rather than adhering to a book or module to the letter. I am so passionate about telling an epic story over mechanics and tactics. My settings tend to be more grim and dark but I do love to have a laugh and fun time with my players too! I am LGBTQA+ friendly. I also love to make combat difficult, terrifying and heart racing.

My ideal table is made up of engaged, creative, and enthusiastic players who love to get into character and bring a story to life together. I especially value a table that is LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming to artists and other creative people. I love players who are invested in their characters, understand and engage with their character arcs, and enjoy collaborating with the DM and the rest of the group to create a shared story. For me, the best games feel like everyone is contributing to something bigger than their individual character. Most importantly, I’m looking for team players who support one another and understand that everyone deserves their moment to shine. Whether it’s an emotional character moment, an exciting piece of roleplay, a clever solution, or simply making the table laugh, I want everyone to feel heard, included, and excited to be part of the adventure.
