About Aidyn
I am a 22-year-old lifelong tabletop gamer and game designer. I have spent most of my life immersed in the world of TTRPGs. I am currently in college studying Game Development with a focus on Narrative Design. This academic background directly fuels the deep, story-driven worlds, intricate lore, and compelling NPCs I build for my players. I have been building my own custom rules systems and campaign settings since I was 8 years old. In fact, I have been running a continuous, evolving storyline with the same core group of players for almost a decade! In my past, I was a competitive esports player. That background translates into how I design tabletop encounters. I love building tactical and highly engaging scenarios where your mechanical choices truly matter. I have played in and run multiple Dungeons & Dragons campaigns that spanned several years, and I am highly accustomed to running multiple concurrent campaigns at any given time. I believe in utilizing digital tools to enhance the virtual tabletop experience. Whether it is coding interactive HTML-based character sheets with custom mechanics or researching geographical guidelines to draw perfectly scaled, and realistic continent maps, I put extensive work into the my games so that players can fully immerse themselves in my world. Outside of TTRPGs, I am an avid reader and video game enthusiast. I am also a huge animal lover; my home is always lively with two dogs, two cats, and often a rotating crew of foster kittens.

How Aidyn runs games
I thrive on long-term storytelling. I enjoy making and running complex long format campaigns that allow my players to create real relationships with other characters. Having run continuous, evolving storylines for years, I know how to pace a grand adventure so that early character bonds and small decisions pay off massively down the line. I believe that a tense, high-stakes combat encounter can be just as crucial to the story as a heavy role-playing moment, but that not every table wants combat to be difficult or at all. So I really enjoy finding and playing the balance that my tables want to experience so that everyone has as much fun as possible.
