My favorite system of all Time is
That's a toss up so im gonna say I have two. First is the the WoD d10 system, and the tsr/watch d20 as it's fascinating over the years how they have progressed and lore built on to them over the years.
When I'm not running games I'm...
Im a stay at home dad, saves money in long run. Doing both house work and maintenance.
How Fletcher runs games
I try to keep the story engaging, through multiple means but mostly by roleplaying it out. Because the player can also do intresting things so long as not being asinine about it as well as allowing the player to be creative in their actions or crafting, so long again not being asinine with it. Can do one shots but extensive campaigns I do excel at as longest campaign was a 40k mix lasting 3 years to completion.

I deal with rules issues by...
Talking it out to where everyone is on the same page, sometimes making house rules to make the thing work as intended but ultimately the game master has final say on how the issue is resolved.
If my games were Movies they'd be directed by...
As much would like to say Quentin Terintino it's more Steve Odenkirk
Rules are...
Depends on how the players want to play, if it something that can be roleplayed out rather than rolling i be inclined to let the player act thru. Rather have more fun playing through the story than be bogged down in rules
Fletcher's ideal table
I try to keep my table casual, as everybody is different and often looking for an escape from their harsh realities. Jokes aside so long as the story that everyone agreed to doesn't get intentionally derailed and everyone leaves having a fun time, then it's a win for everyone. Just please no pvp it ten to ruin the experience. I do come up with a lot home brews and completely different releams than expected.

I love it when a player
Comes up with something so off the wall and shocking that I wished I came up with it first. I always happy to give kudos and letting item and/or action and see if the consequences doesn't go to outlandish.
I think metagaming...
Is fine so long it's kept out of character. If another player new to the genre or play style then out of character meta games in handy to get the new person upto speed of see if it's their cup of tea or not.
