About James
I’ve been playing tabletop RPGs for around three years and have spent the last year running games as a Dungeon Master. What started as a hobby quickly became a passion for building stories together and creating spaces where players can relax, have fun, and fully immerse themselves in a shared world. My DM style focuses on player agency, character development, and cinematic moments. I enjoy helping new players learn the game just as much as challenging experienced ones with meaningful choices and memorable encounters. I also run a small company using TTRPG's to help neurodivergent children aged 11-17 build social confidence and skills

How James runs games
My games are built around collaborative storytelling, player agency, and immersive roleplay, where your character’s choices genuinely shape the world and the story moving forward. I aim to create sessions that feel cinematic, engaging, and welcoming, whether you’re completely new to D&D or a seasoned player. Combat in my games matters. Encounters are designed to feel tense and rewarding rather than filler fights
James's ideal table
My style as a GM is relaxed and player-driven. If something is creative, entertaining, and doesn’t take away from another player’s experience, I’m usually happy to let the chaos unfold. Some of the best moments in tabletop games come from players trying something completely unexpected. That said, my main goal is always to tell a great story together
