About Pip
Hi, I’m Pip, a forever GM with 14 years of tabletop gaming under my belt. TTRPGs are my passion. I love story telling in all its forms and there’s nothing better than collaborating with other people and creating something we would never have made as individuals. When I’m not gaming I’m likely performing, reading, writing or actively prepping for whichever game comes next! Here’s what you can expect from me! ✧ Immersive Worlds ✧ I am an actor and voice actor so embodying characters and bringing my NPCs to life is second nature, I create a detailed and vivid world that everyone at the table gets to leave their mark on. ✧ Adapting to My Players ✧ This story is about you after all! My stories are always changed by what you bring to the table. I take the threads you drop, weave them into the story and create a world that we have all contributed to. ✧ Inclusivity ✧ Everyone is welcome regardless of background or orientation, whether you’re a complete novice or a veteran player, my table is a welcoming and friendly place 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ ✧ Stakes and Tension ✧ Whether it’s an unnerving investigation, a desperate escape or a pitched battle, I believe stakes and tension derive from investment in the world and your characters. It’s important to me to highlight every player at the table and give you your chance to shine, to encourage you to enjoy the crit fails as much as the successes, because what’s life without a little drama? At the end of the day GMing is my favourite thing to do and I bring that love of storytelling to every game I run.

How Pip runs games
I aim to run every game with compassion and sensitivity, involving and including every player and weaving their character into the narrative. Whether it's horror, fantasy, sci-fi or anything in between I always strive to make my players feel that the story is uniquely theirs. I wholeheartedly believe that my most important job as a GM is to be the biggest fan of the Player Characters. Collaboration and group storytelling are very important to me and what we create together is the most valuable thing.

My games focus on...
your characters! Leaning into the tropes and vibes of whatever setting we are in, roleplay, mysteries, combat and above all inclusivity and safety at the table.
Rules are...
there to serve the story, add form to the chaos and create tension. However no rule is more important than the group having a good time.
When it comes to voices
you will be hearing a lot of them!
Pip's ideal table
I use Safety Tools to make sure that everyone at the table feels comfortable and respected. If we are going to be slaying dragons, facing horrors or venturing into the unknown together then the most important thing is that we feel safe and supported doing so. I want to foster a fun, relaxed and open atmosphere for all of us and I find that going in with clear expectations and boundaries leads to a more rewarding experience.
Featured Prompts
I am for a vibe that's...
inclusive, fun and down for a little chaos.
I love it when a player
drives their character like they stole them! Makes big choices and big swings while remembering that this is a story we all tell together and lifting up the other players is just as important as taking the spotlight themselves.
My table is not the place for...
bigotry of any kind. We come to the table to tell stories and find out what happens and regardless of the genre, tone or subject matter of that story every player has the right to feel safe, supported and above all welcome.
