Hello, I am Caleb. I am not particularly introspective but I do think it's a good idea to introduce myself a bit since if you decide to play we will be spending a number of hours hanging out each week. I suppose it's best to start with my experience. I am a 32yo male and I have been playing and GMing TTRPGs since I was about 12. So I have 2 solid decades of experience running and playing games (Mostly Running). Most of my experience is in D&D 3.5, The Fantasy Flight 40k games, Star Wars Saga Edition and ShadowRun 5th ed. So I guess you could call me pretty old school. I have been using Roll20 since it was a thing, over ten years playing on this platform. I am no Matt Mercer or anything, I am no voice actor, but GMing is one of the few skills I have that I am fairly confident in. On a more personal note, I fucking love TTRPGs and working on them and playing them is one of my favorite ways to spend time. My personal GMing style has evolved over the years. I do enjoy a good gritty, dark, difficult adventure and for a long time that's what I liked to aim for, but I have realized a big dumb power fantasy can be just as fun. So I am ready and willing to make either, though I will give a warning however, one of the things I strive for most is; Verisimilitude. I want the world you play in to be as true to life and or the setting as possible. This means the characters and world around you will, to the best of my ability, respond realistically and intelligently to your deeds and actions. The world is what it is, it wont adjust itself to make it possible to overcome. I don't like to run a video game, enemies and NPCs want to live, have goals and want to achieve them. They will use their talents and resources as best they can to win. (As per the capability of the character in question). But that does not mean I like to have any kind of adversarial relationship with my players. I am on your side, but the Dark Eldar Archon, Evil Lich or Sith Lord, is not, and it would be an insult to the character, setting, and all of you if he did not do his best to murder you. Hopefully that gives you a good idea of if you want to play some games with me or not. Thanks for your time and remember. The Emperor Protects.

Worldbuilding and working on TTRPG games is genuinely enjoyable for me. I love creating and crafting characters and stories for games, and it rarely ever feels like work to me.

How Lamb-Enjoyer runs games

I have ran various styles of games over the years but my favorites are challenging combat heavy games OR roleplay heavy power fantasies. I tend to lean towards more roleplay and fewer but more dangerous combat encounters. (Though this depends on the system and setting clearly.)

I try to be welcoming to any and every player. But we all know everyone has a type they click best with, I have found that players who themselves get invested in the world and characters they build in them seem to have the best time at my table.
