Hi there my name is Nathan. I have lived in Australia all my life and am currently working at a swimming pool. No no I'm not a lifeguard or even a swim teacher, I am the guy that books in schools and sports companies for their swimming lessons and for sports such as water polo. So why am I here you may be asking? Well I've been running dnd games for the last 4 years and I absolutely love it. In fact I've even worked for a company (side hustle while I am at the pool) called awakened fables who ran dnd games live at pubs. When I found out about this website I immediately joined because getting paid to do what you love should be everyone's goal in life right?

GM Style

My style is all about fun and your fun is what's most important to me. I consider myself quite adaptable to the situation to be able to provide what is needed for your fun. I will run games that require roleplay, combat, exploration, puzzle solving etc. I tend to have a bit of everything in my games rather than it being one big combat simulator or being non stop roleplay with no combat just as 2 examples. I run games as rules as written and don't use any homebrew however that being said I like to reward creativity and try to only say no when what you ask is outright impossible. so I guess you could say it's rules as written until you want to do something Unique then I go with the rule of cool. I use a system called talespire to give you a visual of what's going on. We will use talespire for any combat sessions we have but also so you can see what the city, town etc looks like first hand. Talespire is a downloadable program from steam that gives you a more 3D realistic view of the map, characters and monsters. There is a paid version and a free version of talespire on steam. You will only require the free version to play.
