About Jeff
I’m a lifelong Dungeon Master (25+ years) with a deep love for immersive storytelling, dark fantasy, and meaningful player choice. My games blend classic D&D adventure with rich atmosphere—whether that’s creeping horror, political intrigue, or high-stakes heroism—always grounded in the actions and decisions of the players at the table. I specialize in narrative-driven campaigns where characters matter just as much as combat. I enjoy slow-burn tension, unsettling mysteries, and moments of genuine triumph earned through clever play, roleplay, and teamwork. Horror is one of my favorite tools, but it’s never there just for shock value—it’s used to heighten emotion, test resolve, and make victories feel earned. My DM style is flexible and player-focused. I adapt to the tone and interests of the group, whether you want roleplay-heavy sessions, tactical combat, exploration, or a mix of everything. I believe the best games come from collaboration, trust, and a shared desire to tell an unforgettable story. I welcome both new and veteran players. New players will find a supportive table where learning the game is part of the fun, while experienced players can expect layered worlds, challenging encounters, and consequences that resonate beyond a single session. If you’re looking for a game that takes your character seriously, isn’t afraid to explore darker themes, and treats D&D as a living story rather than a railroad—I’d be excited to have you at my table.

How Jeff runs games
Player choice drives the story. Decisions—both small and monumental—have consequences that ripple forward, shaping the world, the narrative, and your character’s journey. If you enjoy engaging tactically, roleplaying decisively, and making smart, meaningful choices, you’ll feel right at home at my table.

Rules are there to make the game flow and have structure until they get in the way of story telling and the fun.
Jeff's ideal table
My ideal tables are people looking for an escape. A way to relax and let their troubles melt away around them. A table where everyone is welcome, no matter What's going on they know they have a place to call home even if it's just for a few hours.

I love it when a player
Thinks outside the box and finds a unique way to deal with a situation. Even if it gets the party in a bigger jam, it's awesome to see people get real creative.
My perfect party mix is
The RP player, the Riddler, the note taker and the joker.
My table is not the place for...
Intolerance of any kind - whether it is race, gender, creed, political or sexual orientation.
