About Jack of DM
Something about myself? My name is Jack, and I started playing TTRPGs around 2020. My journey of GM started when I first came in contact with D&D 5E. I used to run one-shots and campaigns for my friends and family, and they loved it. So I thought why not run D&D for people that have always wanted to try it, but never had the chance to. If you're looking for games where you can play complex/simple characters in an immersive world, look no further~ I've had ran sessions both online and face-to-face, mainly using D&D Beyond and Roll20. My campaigns will be ran on a homebrew world called Eden, where I have spent years creating and writing its lore. However, other than its history and landscape, the homebrew world still uses the same races, creatures and similar time period of D&D.

I became a GM because
I wanted to create a world where people could play as their fictional characters in a magical world.
How Jack of DM runs games
My GM style focuses on roleplaying, combat and exploration. It can be serious or relaxed based on players' preference. My table welcomes veteran/new players alike. You want to have detailed backstory filled with goals, bonds? I got you! You wishes to explore the world freely without a goal? I got you too! Most importantly, I want all my players to have fun! I like doing character voices for NPCs. I enjoy a good story so if the players like it too, I'll always include dramatic or tense moments. Rules are important for the game, but I would sometimes bend them depending on the situation. As a player, you'll have lots of freedom in your actions and choices, and each one of them would bring consequences that could lead to a different result~
