Hello! My name is Phoenix (he/him) and I am a writer, publisher and GM with over a decade of experience running a variety of RPGs! How Phoenix runs games
My DMing style runs towards that of Brennan Lee Mulligan and Aabria Iyengar, in that I will love and support the choices of my players, all while tempering any seriousness with silliness and vice versa. The MOST important thing is that we're all here to have fun! I will always use safety tools at my table and encourage feedback (ala "roses and thorns") after every session! I love to embrace theater of the mind, rule of cool and making sure everyone gets their turn in the spotlight! I am less about tactical crunch and more about making sure your character gets big emotional beats to enjoy, but I also love giving the team some cool monster fights to make you all feel badass! Looking forward to our session zero!
