About Dr Carbery
For as long as I can remember, I have been obsessed with monsters. I have long been reading fantasy, sci-fi, mythology and horror, and playing TTRPGs, wargames and video games, all to discover the coolest and creepiest monsters I can find. I'm also a PhD in English and American Literature, a published poet and author, a lecturer and high school teacher– all things that have made me an expert in building enthralling campaigns and one shots for players of any skill level! I am well versed in the rules and complexities of DnD 5e, Mörk Borg, Call of Cthulhu and Troika!, and am open to a variety of play styles depending on the people at the table. I'm also eager to learn more myself, by collaborating with players, by exploring your ideas and characters and by being as inclusive as possible.
