About Chandelle

I have been a DM/GM for many years. I have overseen games with new players and experienced players and I love them all. Each player brings a unique experience and I love seeing the different paths that can occur within the same campaign. My main goal is for the players to enjoy themselves. Come join me and together we can discover the new paths different campaigns can take us.

I got started GMing...

Because I loved playing and wanted to take charge of scenarios where I could interweave characters' backstories with the main scenario. It has been a lot of fun for me to make small changes to campaigns to fit with the players' characters.

The three words my players would use to describe me are...

Engaging, flexible, and storyteller.

When I'm not running games I'm...

Writing stories, composing music, and teaching piano.

How Chandelle runs games

I love roleplay, but I also love combat. I think a good balance is nice. My goal is for the players to have fun so I might bend the rules from time to time, but I try not to do it often. I am flexible so if the players do something unexpected, I can roll with it.

My games focus on...

the players and giving them the best experience I can. It's not me against the players, it's all of us making a memorable story together.

Rules are...

important, but can be bent to better serve the players and the scenario.

When it comes to voices

I do my best to provide unique voices to unique NPCs.

Chandelle's ideal table

When players and the GM can come together to create a memorable story that is the best. That is usually achieved through role play, really understanding your character and being true to how they would act as well as memorable battles. Some times there might be clashes between characters and that is okay as long as it is kept to a minimum and the players understand that it is role play and doesn't seep out into OOC.
