About me

I love telling stories. D&D can be complicated and there can be a pretty steep learning curve, but I love helping players, new and old, wrap their minds around the game in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. I usually play "theater of the mind" style, which means the focus is on the collaborative storytelling aspect of the game (I can use simple online maps if the scene is complex or if you request it!) I'm happy to play games where the emphasis is on having fun together, which means being a little silly or jokey is a-okay. My ideal game is like "The Adventure Zone" or "Dimension 20." Non-negotiables: I do not run games that have homophobia, transphobia, institutional racism, ableism, institutional sexism, slavery, or violence against children. I'm okay with: Pretty much everything else :)

LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC inclusive I love roleplay, do light accents and voices, and tend toward fun combat over crunchy combat. I'll work with you to fold your character's backstory into the main plot and I actively involve players in world building.
