About Jonny G
I’m Jonny, a Game Master, content creator and the man behind Dragon Delves, a D&D actual play series on YouTube. I love playing a variety of TTRPGs and i've been running them for over half a decade. Im a sucker for attempting questionable NPC voices and discovering that no plan survives contact with the players. Expect big adventures, plenty of laughs and dice that absolutely refuse to cooperate.

How Jonny G runs games
I see the rules as a framework for the game, not something that should get in the way of everyone having fun. I like to keep things fair and consistent, but I’m also happy to reward creativity and make a quick ruling when it keeps the game moving. My games usually feature a good mix of combat, exploration and roleplaying, with plenty of opportunities for players to make meaningful choices and approach problems in their own way. I really enjoy developing characters, backstories and the world around them. If you give me something from your character’s history, there’s a very good chance it’ll find its way into the game somewhere. My style is collaborative rather than adversarial. I’m not trying to beat the players — I’m there to create challenges, surprises and memorable moments with them. Expect cinematic encounters, strange NPCs, terrible accents, unexpected consequences and plenty of laughs along the way.

I deal with rules issues by...
In the instance of any disagreements on rules Ill always make a ruling in the moment and take note so not to disrupt the flow of play. Then revisit it after the session to clarify any changes needed.
Jonny G's ideal table
My table is relaxed, welcoming and focused on everyone having a good time. Expect plenty of laughs, memorable character moments, questionable plans, dramatic dice rolls and the occasional terrible NPC voice. I enjoy a good mix of roleplay, exploration and combat, and I like giving players the freedom to approach situations in their own way. You don’t need to be an experienced roleplayer or know every rule inside out — new players are always welcome, and I’m happy to help people learn as we play. Players who enjoy working as part of a group, sharing the spotlight and getting involved with the story will fit in really well. There’s no pressure to put on a voice or deliver a Shakespearean monologue; you can engage with roleplay at whatever level feels comfortable to you. Most importantly, I want my table to feel like a friendly group of people getting together to tell a great story, roll some dice and have a laugh. Be respectful of the other players, be willing to get involved, and don’t take yourself too seriously — you’ll fit right in.
