About Arrcher
I have been a Dungeon Master for five years. I have run tables for adults and children too. The largest table I have ran for had 8 players. I mainly hold Dungeons and Dragons games, but have done Call of Cthulu and tiny d6 as well. I’ve always been a fan of fun stories, be it books, movies, or games of all kinds. I had wanted to play D&D for a long time before I finally got the chance. I was the DM and we played Lost Mine of Phandelver, I had 8 players -all new- so it was crazy but so fun. After that I did some Play by Post DMing, Solo play, and continued to run in person games. I found StartPlaying two years ago, so I could try being a player. I’ve been in a weekly campaign with a lovely DM here on StartPlaying ever since! Now I want to run some of my own tables here too.

How Arrcher runs games
My main goal is for everyone to have fun first and foremost! I love role play and always encourage it. I run an inclusive table. I believe that even combat can be character driven and motivated. Combat should be fun, even the most challenging combat should have fun moments. Combat also doesn’t need to be straight forward to ‘win’ an encounter. Creative use of your environment and tools at hand makes encounters more exciting and opens doors to options that might be otherwise missed. I have played with many new players and don’t discourage questions or discussion about how to play the game. I love creativity and thinking out of the box by players. We are here to have an adventure and play in a world.
Arrcher's ideal table
We are here to enjoy a world. I love players who want to know things about each others backstories, and the world around them. Who get into the fun of picking up a character and figuring out what makes them tick. I also like when players know how to share the spotlight and give everyone room to have fun and engaging moments. This is a story we are telling together.
