I became a GM because
I wanted to craft original stories, to surprise my friends, to make them feel a living world in which actions have consequences and where they could have a real impact, forging it all together.
How Samuel runs games
I focus on collaborative storytelling, building engaging narratives with my players rather than just for them. My games emphasize meaningful choices, a reactive world, and consequences that naturally evolve into new plot hooks. I encourage creative problem-solving, unconventional use of spells and out-of-the-box thinking: if you can imagine it, we’ll find a way to make it work. I use the Rule of the Cool where appropriate to create memorable, cinematic moments, while still keeping the game coherent and rewarding. My goal is simple: to make players feel like true protagonists in a living world, where their actions matter and their ideas shape the story!
