Rules are...
a nice frame work that I use to craft stories. I try my best to stick to R.A.W but let's face it sometimes you just gotta go with your gut in a situation. All my efforts serve the story and players when it comes to rulings. You do something wild and it fits with your character then it's a go.
When it comes to voices
I do my best lol. Not a trained voice actor here but I work hard on making NPC distinct as I can. Some voice follow tropes, like my dwarves sound straight out of World of Warcraft lol.
