About the adventure

This game will be the Icewind Dales Rime of the Frostmaiden series. Journey with us into the villages of ten towns to find out what lies in the icy region of Icewind Dale. The summer sun has not been seen in two years. The Frost Maiden has cast her rime over the region in a never-ending winter. The reason for this punishment is unknown, but the people have taken to weird ritual practice to appease the frosty goddess, in hopes that she will lift her cloudy rime and free the people from the torturous elements of the harsh winter weather. As an adventurer, you get to tromp through the frozen wasteland with the Ohio Gaming Alliance, a quirky group of misfit gamers that recently immerged from the depths of an Avernus like hole, only to find themselves in charge of a weekly stream channel. Come along whilst we avoid avalanches, yetis and something that resembles the end of an early Led Zeppelin concert wafting in the clouds. Bring your coffee, your grit, and your attitude. This is a game you eat with your Goddamn Cheerios at the table on your Ipad in the clothes you did not go partying in last night. It is up to you adventurer to take on the region’s tasks drink your coffee and eat your Wheaties. Will you join us in freeing the people of Icewind Dale from their misery, or will you sleep in and fend off the hangover form your lonely night drinking? We will be playing through the 5th edition Dungeons and Dragons rule set. We will be using Roll20.net to facilitate our gaming needs. This will provide minis and rolling dice for a more immersive experience. To top things off we will be streaming so bring your “A” game to the table. Session 0 is starting with 30 minutes of discussion.

Additional Details

How to prepare

A basic understanding of Dungeons and Dragons 5E would be nice, but the rules can be taught as we play too. Please make sure you bring a great and willing attitude to participate. We will create Characters at session 0/1. No software updates will be needed. I will provide the roll20.net invite as soon as you sign up to play.

What I provide

I will be running on roll2net0. any needed materials can be accessed there. I will have all of the minis tokens and materials need to play the game online with Roll20.net. We even have a digital dice roller through Roll20.net that will help us feel a more immersive experience.

Gameplay details

This will be a run of Icewind Dales Rime of the Frostmaiden. It will hold plenty of adventure, exploration and excitement to keep players ont he edge of their seats.

How will character creation work

We will create characters at the 1st session they will all start at level 1.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
