About the adventure

My Friends, It is with a joy in my heart that I write to you this letter after you accepted the invitation to the Fated Ball on the eve of the next full moon. It will be a wondrous night full of dancing, dueling, and many other events I am sure. It is said that those who know their goal when they enter the ball, are set to start down the path to achieving it that very night. I look forward to seeing you, and all our friends. With Care. H. --- One fated night is a short campaign TSL story about the high stakes, high reward situations of a single night! Join the ball as friends, yet who knows how you'll walk away as each person might have a different goal! Connections in this game are important, a friend of yours might be in good standing with someone you are not and vice versa. And the relationships you make with PC's and NPC's will be the most valuable tool to make it towards your goal at the end of the night! For everyone who wants to feel like royalty or experience a wondrous fantasy event. This is the game for you. (Session 0 will be $5)

About me

I am someone who loves to tell stories. Be that writing, acting, or through TTRPG's. I love GMing as that lets me help to shape a story. No amount of planning will ever prove perfect for any session, and that's what makes it amazing. Players will always have the opportunity to mess up whatever carefully laid plans I have, and that means that I get to improvise and help build a story around that for them. I have been GMing for about 7 years and in that time I have had many an adventure and told many a story. I enjoy many different systems like the Cosmere TTRPG for it's relationship to one of my favorite authors, and Thirsty Sword Lesbians for it's complex relationship setting. I love to watch my player succeed in doing something that was once thought impossible, and even though I'll gripe at you, it's all in good fun because the truth is, I'm not the here here. It's your turn to be the hero in my games, let me show you what that feels like.

What QueenOfDreamsAndShadows brings to the table

Expect voices! Will they be good! You decide. I take my role to immerse you in the world seriously, but some of that seriousness means that sillyness in voices might ensue. I run RP heavy games. Thirsty sword lesbians, is all about Roleplaying and connecting to the other PC's and NPC's. This game runs on the Rule of Cool, and so I am always prepared to hear out whatever wacky ideas come out of it. These games are meant to be fun, and exploratory. In this I provide a safe space to be who you want to be, with absolutely no judgement. Come and be a disaster gay- and play one too.

Safety

How QueenOfDreamsAndShadows creates a safe table

I will be sending links to a Lines, Veils, and Conditions document that also includes my own. We will be going over what everyone is expecting and is comfortable with in a session 0. And the X card will always be in play if someone wants to message it or state that they are uncomfortable out loud. After the session, I ask that the players stay to talk about how they are feeling. And what we as a group might do different at the next one if anything happened that made someone feel uncomfortable. My primary goal is inclusivity and player safety.
