About the adventure
SINS OF EBERRON is a crime epic campaign inspired by such genre defining fiction as Peaky Blinders and The Sopranos. In Sins of Eberron, you and your companions are an upstart gang of crooks in the slums of Lower Sharn, looking to make a name for yourselves. - Choose one of the many distinct crime organizations unique to Eberron, or work together to create your own from scratch. - Choose your jobs and your approach: Deceive, Persuade, Intimidate or Blast your way through quests; whatever it takes to build your gang’s renown. - Grow your lowly gang into a bustling criminal empire using Bastions and other custom house rules. - Face ruthless rival mobsters, corrupt law enforcement, deadly Dragonmarked house agents, and more as you explore the darkest corners of Eberron society. ‘The Last War is over, and the City of Towers is the perfect place to make your fortune— or take it from somebody else.’

What Alain, aka RPG_Unc brings to the table
What to Expect: GM Style: - The campaign will feature a fair balance of Roleplay and Combat. - "Rule of Cool with a Cost." (i.e. Hell yeah, you can do that ‘Cool Thing’ [tm], but you'll roll for it, and anything less than a high number might cost you in narratively appropriate ways.) Visuals: - A custom made Hex-grid world map, scene images, and battle-maps will be provided via D&D Beyond Maps. - I use Hero Forge and image editing software to make custom NPC image assets. I'm also happy to make or modify custom PC assets for players, to avoid players AI images. Music: - Ambient Music will be provided via Kenku FM on Discord.
Homebrew rules
Featured Homebrew Rules: - Homebrew Bastion Facilities by Constructed Chaos Additional homebrew rules can be discussed at the table any time. I tend to favour custom homebrew rules that add to Player immersion or expediate combat without breaking the game. Custom rules I've used in the past include: - Potions as Bonus Action - Universal Scrolls Usage - Fast Turn/Slow Turn Initiative System (Untested in 5.5e)

How Alain, aka RPG_Unc creates a safe table
*Saftey* - An anonymous Consent Checklist will be sent out before Session 0. Checklists from all players is required to begin the game. - A shortlist of lines and veils will be compiled from the info in the Consent Checklists and reviewed during the Safety portion of Session 0, as well as at the beginning of each game. - An Open Door Policy is active at all times during play. - Game Session Aftercare includes a check-in that can be answered in person at the table, and later on via private message. - Stars and Wishes will also be used to give each other some shine and highlight what we'd like to see more of in the campaign. This can be done after and/or in-between sessions. ——— *Additional Safety and Etiquette* This is a Crime themed campaign, wherein the Players assume the role of unlawful characters. When engaging with intense themes such as violence, crime and death its important to remember the following: - No PVP, murder-hoboing or disruptive play is allowed! - This is not an automatically 'EVIL Campaign' by default. Your choices determine your character's morality, but don't forget you're part of a group working together toward shared goals. - Players of all experience levels are welcome. We'll all work together to cultivate a positive and helpful environment for new and seasoned players, alike.
