About the adventure
This is a game for beginners and advanced players alike! We will be using the Obojima book and setting to create your own tale of wonder. Will you be the hero, or fall victim to the corruption? That, my dear adventurer, is up to you to decide. In a land falling to corruption, how will a group from a nowhere town truly stand up to the challenge? That is for you to find out through our thrilling adventures.

About me
Hello! My name is Drew! I'm 27 with a two year old daughter. I've been playing and DMing ttrpgs for over a decade at this point. I use start playing to make some new friends and honestly buy my daughter gifts since I can't afford to on my normal salary. I love learning new systems, teaching new players, and just have a good time in my games. If you ever join one of my games and bring a friend with you, I do offer a discount for that! Creating your character
We will be doing character creation together during session zero to ensure everyone has access to the same materials.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will want an account with DnDBeyond and discord. I do suggest having the DnDBeyond app installed on your phone, that way you can see your character sheet while we're in the map.
What Drew brings to the table
I am by no means a voice actor, but I do deem myself a story teller. I love to set up the world so my players have the optimal experience and opportunities to truly be their characters. I hope to make it so everyone feels their race and class choices truly make an impact on the story.
Homebrew rules
I don't really use inspiration, I use it to store a single critical hit if you get one on a simple enemy and want to save it for emergencies. Upon using it, I will allow you to narrate feeling the power coming from within to truly use your attack. Potions are a bonus action, I'm sure everyone can hold something in their nondominant hand I don't let players die in the first three sessions unless they specifically ask.
