About the adventure
Mid-High fantasy and arcanapunk aspects will be present throughout the world and the stories told in this campaign, though the weight of each can be tailored to suit the players with no issue. New to this version of the system, and very excited to learn and master the differences. Swords, sorcery, gunpowder, and gods. All sorts of things can be included into the game due to player-centric story telling and slightly sandboxy space to play in.

Meet the Game Master
About me
Hey all, I've been running 5e for six years and have recently been expanding into various systems like Blades In the Dark and Bladerunner. I like to run immersion and emotionally poignant campaigns with a lot of themes and genres. My players describe my style as "Anime adjacent" due to the pacing and over the top descriptions of combat encounters.

Creating your character
Character concepts and initial builds will be done in session zero, any help or questions/tweaks can be then instituted. Stats and such will all be RAW, and starting level will be 1. All official content is allowed, of course, including playtest materials which may or may not need to be adjusted.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Discord and Roll20 are all that are required, all other resources will be handled in session by myself until such a point that additional tools might be ideal to integrate at a future date.
What Joseph Agnew brings to the table
I attempt to use a range of character voices, languages, music, and other aspects of scene setting in order to maximize immersion and maintain verisimilitude as these are very important aspects of the game to myself and, so far, my players. I adjudicate rolls based on rules, but creativity and investment are always greatly rewarded at my tables. When in doubt always tell me what you want to do and we can try to figure out a way to attempt it.
