About the adventure
🎩 Join the tea party dearie! You are a Fable Walker capable of traveling from our world into Echo Realms, the hidden parallel dimensions formed from stories. The Mad Hatter is merging Wonderland into our world - and you must stop him. Use your Fable powers to enter the realm of stories and stop the two worlds from merging. But be careful or you might become a part of the story yourself. Learn to play Cypher in this modern fantasy oneshot. No prior experience required - you will learn the system as you play. Participants will recieve discount codes for Cypher books in the Montecook Games shop.

Preparing for the session
In order to join you need: 👾 Discord - We use discord for voice & video, community and game discussion. 🎲 Owlbear Rodeo. Used as our virtual game table (VTT). No account required. You will get a link to join once you sign-up for the game. 🎙️ Microphone (& Camera). Microphone is needed to play through discord. Camera is encouraged, but not necessary to play.

How Runsten creates a safe table
At Runsten’s table, safety tools are central to foster an enjoyable playing environment. We use X cards during play to signal if a topic is uncomfortable for you or another player. We then change the story by removing the uncomfortable part from play. Stars and Wishes are used at the end of the session for feedback and to highlight cool moments of fellow players.
