About the adventure
Step into Regnum Matrum, a blooming dark-fantasy realm where the Ten-Day Mother’s Festival fills the streets with lanterns, flowers, music, and offerings of love. But beneath the beauty of the celebration, old griefs linger, strange spirits wander, and every Petal of the realm holds a trial shaped by memory, protection, loss, and devotion. In Dies Festi Matrum: Festival Days of the Mothers, your party will journey through surreal festival grounds, haunted waters, fractured family stories, and folklore-inspired encounters while gathering sacred shards for an audience with the mysterious Lotus Court. This one-shot blends exploration, roleplay, atmospheric horror, meaningful choices, and 5e-compatible combat in a story where compassion can matter just as much as survival. This adventure is ideal for players who enjoy dark fairy-tale energy, emotional storytelling, mystery, folklore horror, and encounters where not every monster is evil and not every victory comes from drawing a weapon. Designed for: 3-5 players Character Level: 3-5 Estimated Length: 3-5 hours Tone: Dark fantasy, folklore horror, emotional roleplay, surreal festival mystery System: 5e-compatible tabletop roleplaying

Meet the Game Master
About me
Hi! I’m Angel (He/Him), a passionate D&D 5e Game Master with over 6 years of experience running online tabletop RPG sessions. I specialize in beginner-friendly D&D games that help new players learn in a supportive, low-pressure environment while still giving veteran players exciting stories, meaningful choices, and memorable character moments. I’ve also had the opportunity to play and run games for companies at conventions, which has helped me create tables that are welcoming, organized, and fun for players with different experience levels. At my table, I balance being a fair rules referee with being your biggest cheerleader when you come up with a clever plan, dramatic speech, or heroic last stand. My games focus on collaborative storytelling, roleplay, exploration, cinematic combat, and player choice. If you’re looking for a welcoming online D&D campaign where imagination matters more than rules-lawyering, you’ve found your table.
