About Angel
Hi! I’m Angel (He/Him), a passionate D&D 5e Game Master with over 6 years of experience running online tabletop RPG sessions. I specialize in beginner-friendly D&D games that help new players learn in a supportive, low-pressure environment while still giving veteran players exciting stories, meaningful choices, and memorable character moments. I’ve also had the opportunity to play and run games for companies at conventions, which has helped me create tables that are welcoming, organized, and fun for players with different experience levels. At my table, I balance being a fair rules referee with being your biggest cheerleader when you come up with a clever plan, dramatic speech, or heroic last stand. My games focus on collaborative storytelling, roleplay, exploration, cinematic combat, and player choice. If you’re looking for a welcoming online D&D campaign where imagination matters more than rules-lawyering, you’ve found your table.

How Angel runs games
My ideal table is made up of players who value creativity, teamwork, and story-driven adventure. Whether you are brand new to Dungeons & Dragons or a seasoned roleplayer, you will fit in well if you enjoy immersive roleplay, bold character choices, collaborative storytelling, and character growth over competitive play. My games are beginner-welcoming, inclusive, and respectful. This is a great table for players who want to learn D&D 5e, try fun character concepts, explore meaningful choices, and enjoy milestone-based progression without getting stuck in heavy rules debates. Bring curiosity, imagination, and good table etiquette, and I will bring the world, the drama, the danger, and the dice.

I deal with rules issues by...
Story Over Rules-Lawering. I know the 5e system and run it fairly, but I won’t let technical debates derail pacing. If a ruling needs to be made, I’ll make it in the moment, and we can revisit later if needed.
My games focus on...
My game focuses on reading the table’s vibe and staying flexible to maximize everyone’s fun. There’s no “wrong” way to play here—whether you’re a full-commitment theater kid or prefer simple third-person descriptions, both styles are welcome. I adapt to you so everyone feels comfortable and engaged.
Rules are...
Respectful, beginner-friendly D&D 5e table. Creativity and Rule of Cool encouraged, no PvP or spotlight hogging. Story over rules-lawyering, milestone leveling, inclusive and welcoming space. Bring imagination and teamwork—I’ll bring fair rulings and epic dice drama.

I think metagaming...
I prefer keeping metagaming light so we can stay immersed in the story. Let’s react as our characters would, not as players who’ve seen every stat block. Surprises make the world feel alive—and I enjoy adding twists and variants to keep things fresh and exciting.
I think min/maxing...
I’m happy to have optimized characters at the table. My goal is simply to make sure everyone gets meaningful spotlight time. The world reacts to the party, so encounters may challenge more than just AC or damage output. Smart builds are great—creative teamwork is even better.
My table is not the place for...
I’m open to homebrews that are play tested & mechanically balanced. Generally, don’t allow untested classes or races, as maintaining fair encounter design & party balance is important to me. Creative ideas are encouraged. We’ll just make sure they work within the system. SO! NO UNBALANCED HOMEBREWS!
