About the adventure
This game is running through the entire Humblewood campaign, but it doesn't stop there! We are going to go through the Humblewood Tales, as well as the new book "Beyond the Canopy." You will be using the species in the Humblewood setting, and while there is a preference for using the subclasses in the books there is no demand for it. Though clerics will need to pick from the Amarinthine in the book. This is the perfect game for those of you who have loved Disney's Robin Hood, or just want to live your furry life!

About me
I have been table top gaming since I was 7 years old. I started in AD&D, and 2nd edition. I have been gaming ever since, and have played a variety of TTRPGs. I have been DMing professionally since 2021, and have completed a variety of games, campaigns, and had many more fall through. I love playing new TTRPGs, and I want to help people make memories that will follow them through life. My favorite TTRPGs are VtM, Pathfinder 2e, Shadowrun (5e), and Ryutama.

Creating your character
We will have a session 0 to create characters. You will have full access to all offical books, and sources. You will also be able to bring me any 3rd party content for consideration, and I can/will judge it based on a case by case basis. The characters will be created mostly on roll20, and we will be using either standard array, or a roll system that I have found and Like.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
We will be using Roll20 to play the game, and discord to be in the voice chat along with some other things. I will share all relevant links to the players who join the game!
What John brings to the table
I will provide the game, all the rules, access to my own massive collection of rulebooks and sources, as well as my own custom made spells, classes, species, etc. I will also be providing ambient music, doing voices, and creating interesting backstories with you based on your own character.
Homebrew rules
1.All casters may cast more than 1 leveled spell, so long as 1 is a bonus action, and 1 is an action. 2.You may use bonus actions as full actions, but not vice versa. 4.Advantage & Disadvantage will cancel each other out, and every instance will be counted. (I.E. if you have 2 instances of disadvantage and 1 of advantage you have disadvantage) 5.Allies do not block movement unless on 5ft wide bridge or other space with steep drops or solid walls on either side. 6.Drinking potions yourself is a bonus action, using a potion on others is an action. 7.On level up you roll for HP, if you don't get the average you TAKE the average. 8.On a 10ft square map, all movement is rounded up. (I.E. 25=30) 9.You must be 2 sizes different to move under or over allies or enemies that could block your path.

How John creates a safe table
We will have a session 0 where we will go over lines and veils, and I will be discussing about the various things that I will be using to make sure that people are comfortable. I do warn however that all my games are geared towards the TV & Video game rating of M, and if you aren't comfortable with hose movies, or games then I would say I am not the DM for you.
