Creating your character

You can choose from one of the premade, 3rd-level characters or create on of your own. Character Creation Guidelines: ⚔ Standard Array or Point Buy for Ability Scores ⚔ Fixed for Hit Point Type ⚔ Choose 'Standard Equipment' ⚔ No Homebrew content (other than that provided in the game). Familiarity with the Dungeons and Dragons 5e System is helpful, but not at all required. I offer a safe, judgment-free space where new players can jump in and learn without pressure, backed by guidance at every step.

Preparing for the session

How Dungeoneer80 creates a safe table

🏳‍🌈 I foster a safe and enjoyable space to share and play. Please join the game with an open mind, a gentle heart, and spirit of acceptance of others. Prior to play 🚥 Lines and Veils: I check in with players prior to the game about subjects they wish to avoid in game. At the start of the session, I go over the boundaries currently in effect at the table. During the Game 🚪 Open Door policy: Players can leave whenever they need to for self-care, including bio-breaks. ⏲ Breaks: For every two hours of play, we will take a five-to-ten minute break. 🛑 X Card: If a line or veil is accidentally crossed, I will pause the game and adjust however we need to respect those boundaries. Post-Game 🌟&💖 Stars and Wishes: Each player is encouraged to offer a Star🌟(thing they loved about the session) or Wish 💖 (something they would like to see in the future).
