About the adventure
Take a ride on the Ghostlight Express to the twilight land of the afterlife where the Clairvoyant will read your future. Will it be one of gloom, despair, or are you the source of the apocalypse? Some call Halloween the best holiday of the year. Some hide in their homes and turn out all the lights. It brings out the terror in all of us. In this world; humans and elves are the creatures of myth and legend. Instead, play as tree-folk, a sentient scarecrow, or a rat folk determined to spread the good news (about plague). The Crooked Man hopes to restore The Crooked Queen to her thrown and the creator and owner of this land is too naive to see what's happening. Only you can spread forest fires.

About me
With a focus on teaching the game, I encourage all players to come to my table. Don't worry about previous experience, don't worry about what others are doing. Bring and play your own character the way that feels right for you. I generally play published modules so you know that you are getting a well balanced, consistent experience. No T.R.A.S.H.Y. players or behaviours T -> Transphobic R -> Racist A -> Ableist S -> Sexist H -> Homophobic Y -> Yeetable (poor choices not necessarily related to discrimination) LBGTQ+ Friendly, No Racism, No Misogyny, No Bullying.

What Lloyd Johnston (Geldhart) brings to the table
I am sharing all the materials I own on DnDBeyond which gives you a full range of options for creating your characters. If you can get it in DnDBeyond (non-homebrew) you can use it. After joining the adventure, you will have access to everything.
Homebrew rules
* Healing potions -- full healing if you use a full action to use * DM rolls death saves secretly * Some fun homebrew items will be found * On crits -- the crit die (dice) are maxmized, so a critical on a short sword does d6 + 6 + mod damage. Works for monsters as well. Be careful.
